Youth ages 15-18 (who have completed their freshman year of high school) are invited to apply for our exclusive Junior Guide Program. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a professional outfitter, learning the ins and outs of guiding fly fishing trips. Applicants need a minimum 2.5 GPA to qualify.

Program Details:

• Duration: Two sessions, each 6 nights and 5 days.

• Experience: Camp outdoors, spend up to 10 hours a day on the river, and learn everything from drift boat operation to gear maintenance.

• Supervision: Led by Licensed Montana Outfitter Tom Caffrey.

• Presentation:** Conclude with a presentation on your experience and ideas for improving guided fly-fishing.

Only four spots are available each summer, with two Junior Guides per session. We're looking for passionate, motivated youth who are excited to learn.
